A brief discussion of the different methods of analysis for protection design is provided in Section 4. Section 5 addresses protection design parameters. Section 6 reviews performance criteria. Section 7 discusses the different evaluation methods used to determine the performance of protection schemes. Finally, Section 8 provides a summary of this review.
