The purpose of this study was to assess the adequacy of end-tidal carbon dioxide (ETCO2) levels during local anesthetic delivery with the use of the laryngeal mask airway (LMA) and the LMA Supreme (Supreme LMA) in patients undergoing laryngoscopy and laryngeal surgery.
